What we collect
We collect only what you send us through the forms on this website:
- Enquiry forms — your name, company, location, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and the details of your requirement, including any file you attach.
- Employer requirement form — company and contact details, and the details of the role, including any job description you upload.
- Candidate and careers forms — your name, contact details, location, experience, current and expected salary where you choose to give them, notice period and your CV.
- Download requests — your name, company and email.
- Technical information — the page you submitted from, the referring page and the time of submission, which help us route and respond to enquiries.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to quote, to match candidates to roles we are working on, to send you a document you requested, and to keep a record of our commercial correspondence. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Candidate CVs
If you submit a CV, it is held in our candidate database and used to match you to roles we are recruiting for. We will tell you which role and which company before forwarding your CV to any employer. You can ask us to remove your details at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as we have a commercial relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Candidate CVs are kept for up to two years from submission or last contact, whichever is later, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Who has access
Information submitted through this website is accessible to Synchronix personnel handling the relevant enquiry, and to the service providers who host our website, store our files and deliver our email. It may be shared with a supplier, processor or employer where that is necessary to act on your enquiry, and we will tell you when it is.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@synchronixintsol.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection. Form submissions and uploaded files are stored with access restricted to the people who need them. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if something affecting your information goes wrong.
